Stock Pick–May 3, 2007

Oppenheimer Holdings, Inc. (OPY), a Canadian financial services company. (Which, as far as I’ve been able to determine so far is not affiliated with The Oppenheimer Funds family of mutual funds).
Once again, I liked the price/earnings ratio of less than 14. Also, I’ve been doing pretty well in the financial sector this last year or so.
I’m a little nervous about loading up with yet another financial company and the whole diversification issue–but I couldn’t find anything else I liked so… this is my pick.
